I found this site http://www.luxapartments.ro/ApartmentsVsHotels.html when I was looking for a hotel in Bucharest. We recommend an apartment instead of hotel. I wondered what it might bring trouble.

When I was in Stuttgart, Germany was in 1988 and 1992, rents the apartment was painted rewallpappered painted in the yard, have the carpets cleaned when I returned to the house of the owner. that the back has never been safer, and information like a breath of fresh air when I left. rent back, plus a room in the day was over 1000.00 per month. This site is all about the flats, so why talk the hotels on the following pages. a nice hotel, maybe a better deal, with an owner of another country.
I prefer flat.
Apartment (which is better) in the long run.
