Dsl Phone Internet Not Connecting After Replacing Dsl Phone Filters?

Internet not connecting after replacing dsl phone filters? - dsl phone

I lived static on the phone and told me I had to replace the filter. (I have DSL from AT & T) was static on the phone, but the internet connect to connect to. I replaced the filter as the old one, so I know I'm not set to false. Has anyone any idea what could be the problem?
