You use the Unix command:

% Chmod 777 \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt; u0026lt directory / file \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\; Name
or
% Chmod a + rwx \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt; u0026lt directory / file \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\; Name

Top of the terminal, then type
sudo konqueror

Enter the password that you will be able to edit any files.

If you have Windows and Linux (on your computer at the same time as me) can be installed to move the window and a new local disk,) (must be FAT32. then type in Linux and installing programs on it.

The root folder can be written by root. When you write, the root folder for the user, then you are bringing trouble.
